Diffly Outdoor warrants to the purchaser that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship, except as specified below. Product life is determined from the date of purchase until the product is no longer usable due to normal wear and tear. Diffly Outdoor is not responsible for the natural breakdown of materials that inevitably occurs with prolonged use (e.g., ultraviolet (UV) light damage on blinds, worn hinges), or defects caused by accident, abuse, alteration, animal attack, storm damage, misuse, or improper care. If after inspection a product is found to be malfunctioning due to a manufacturing or material defect, we will repair or replace the product, at our discretion, at no charge. Collect shipments or shipments without return authorization cannot be accepted. If the tent needs service or repair due to normal wear and tear, animal attack, an accident, or for other reasons not covered by the warranty, we will provide the necessary service at a reasonable cost. We require that products accepted for repair be cleaned properly according to our care instructions.
